• Recommendation from IT Park Uzbekistan
• Proof of payment of the consular or e-visa fee

Exact document requirements depend on applicant category and nationality. Nationals of 150+ countries can also enter Uzbekistan visa-free or on an e-visa for shorter stays; check your nationality with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (gov.uz/en/mfa) before travelling.

The relocation programme covers legal entity registration, tax incentive activation, office or co-working space, HR, banking guidance, government liaison and partner matching. It is open to foreign IT companies of any size, including those from India, the UAE, Europe, the USA and the CIS.

• 0% VAT on qualifying IT services and products
• No property or land tax
• Reduced personal income tax for IT staff
• Customs duty exemptions on qualifying equipment imports
• Salaries payable in foreign currency
