3. Documents usually required

Exact document requirements depend on applicant category and nationality. Nationals of 150+ countries can also enter Uzbekistan visa-free or on an e-visa for shorter stays; check your nationality with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (gov.uz/en/mfa) before travelling.

    Submit an initial enquiry to IT Park Uzbekistan describing the company, activities and intended presence.

    Eligibility assessment

    IT Park reviews the activity against resident eligibility criteria.

    Resident company registration

    Incorporate the legal entity and register as an IT Park resident.

    Tax incentive activation, bank account opening, office or co-working space, and initial hiring.

    Government liaison, partner matching and access to the wider IT Park ecosystem.

The relocation programme covers legal entity registration, tax incentive activation, office or co-working space, HR, banking guidance, government liaison and partner matching. It is open to foreign IT companies of any size, including those from India, the UAE, Europe, the USA and the CIS.

5. IT Park residency benefits

The exemption package is published as running to 2028 and applies to qualifying IT Park resident activity. Confirm scope and conditions for your specific business model before planning around it.
